Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Your California privacy rights and opt-out options

Your Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.

Even though ZenView is based in Poland, we serve customers worldwide and comply with California privacy laws to protect all our users' data rights.

How We Use Your Information

ZenView uses cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve our service. Some of these technologies may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under California law.

What We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:

  • Usage data and analytics (page views, interactions)
  • Device information (browser type, operating system)
  • Preferences (theme, language settings)

Third-Party Services

We share information with the following third-party service providers to deliver our services:

  • Vercel Analytics - Website analytics and performance monitoring (Privacy Policy)
  • Supabase - Authentication and database services (Privacy Policy)

How to Opt-Out

You have several ways to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information:

1. Cookie Banner

When you visit our website, a cookie banner will appear. You can click “Reject All” or “Customize” to control which cookies you allow. Your preferences will be saved and honored on future visits.

2. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

You can enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in supported browsers. When we detect GPC, we automatically honor your opt-out preference and will not use analytics cookies.

Browsers that support GPC:

  • Brave
  • Firefox (with Privacy Badger extension)
  • DuckDuckGo
  • Chrome/Edge (with OptMeowt extension)

3. Manual Cookie Deletion

You can delete all cookies from your browser settings at any time. This will remove both our cookies and your consent preferences, and the cookie banner will appear again on your next visit.

What Happens When You Opt-Out

When you opt-out of data sharing, we respect your choice:

  • We will not use analytics cookies to track your activity
  • We will not share your usage data with third-party analytics services
  • Only strictly necessary cookies (for authentication) will be used
  • Your opt-out preference will be saved and honored on future visits

Verification

When you opt-out via GPC or our cookie banner, you'll see a brief confirmation message: “Opt-Out Request Honored” or “Privacy Signal Honored.” This confirms that your preference has been recorded and will be respected.
