Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.
ZenView does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We provide this page so users can understand our current practices and contact us about privacy rights requests.
How We Use Your Information
ZenView uses personal information to provide accounts, subscriptions, the desktop app, support, reliability monitoring, and website performance measurement. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles or sell it to data brokers.
What We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:
- Account and authentication information
- Subscription and payment status handled through Stripe
- Configuration such as whitelisted apps/domains and settings
- Website page view and performance information via Vercel
- Minimal desktop operational health events and optional diagnostics if you enable diagnostic sharing
- Support messages, bug reports, and optional feedback
Third-Party Services
We share information with the following third-party service providers to deliver our services:
- Supabase - Authentication, database, and synced account/configuration records (Privacy Policy)
- Stripe - Payment processing and subscription billing (Privacy Policy)
- Vercel - Website hosting, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights (Privacy Policy)
- Cloudflare R2 - Desktop app and update distribution
- Axiom- Operational health events and optional diagnostics routed through ZenView's telemetry proxy
How to Contact Us
Because ZenView does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, no sale/share opt-out is currently required. You can still contact us to exercise privacy rights or ask questions about our data practices:
1. Email Request
Email contact@getzenview.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling access, deletion, correction, or portability requests.
2. Browser Controls
You can control cookies, local storage, and browser privacy signals in your browser settings. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies.
3. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
GPC is a browser-level signal used for sale/share opt-out requests. ZenView does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; if that changes, we will update this page and honor legally required opt-out mechanisms.
Current Commitments
ZenView's current commitments:
- We do not sell personal information to third parties or data brokers
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- We do not upload screenshots, page content, browsing history, URLs, or window titles for detection
- We use service providers only to operate ZenView and our website
Verification
If you submit a privacy request by email, we may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account or email address associated with the request.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected about you
- Know whether your personal information is sold or shared
- Opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
